He has extensive experience in specialised matters including trademark registration and brand protection, franchising system development, enforcement of intellectual property rights, personal data protection compliance (DPIA), and foreign investment advisory in Vietnam.

His clients include businesses in the retail sectors, as well as foreign companies entering the Vietnamese market.
