Thinh is a Senior Associate at An Law, a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and a licensed Industrial Property Representative (IP Agent). His practice focuses on intellectual property, personal data protection, foreign investment and employment, and he has advised on a number of major transactions.
He has in-depth experience in trademark registration and protection, franchise system development, IP enforcement, and data protection compliance, including data protection impact assessments (DPIA). He is certified as a Personal Data Protection Expert (VnDPO) by Vietnam's National Cybersecurity Association.
Since 2024, he has served each year as an expert contributor to the World Bank's Business Ready (B-READY) report. His clients include retail and consumer businesses, as well as foreign companies entering the Vietnamese market.
