A graduate of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (LLB) with over 16 years in practice, he specialises in Corporate & Investment and Dispute Resolution. His work spans complex M&A, FDI structuring, company formation, and high-value commercial disputes.

Tran is a legal counsel at An Law, with over 25 years of legal practice experience. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Ho Chi Minh City Judicial Academy and specialises in Real Estate and Dispute Resolution.

Thinh is a Senior Associate at An Law. He is a licensed lawyer as well as an accredited IP Representative. He specialises in Corporate & Investment, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Employment. His experience includes trademark registration and protection, IP enforcement, personal data protection compliance (DPIA), and retainer advisory for businesses in the retail and consumer sectors.
